The whole experience. Cannot single one thing but sauna was great, the massage with use of hot stones and cupping was fantastic. I must say the needles at the end for feet were a surprise and actually cleared my head. Definitely recommend. The tea at the end was soothing and refreshing

I am so happy I found Victor. His approach is very professional. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage. By the end of the session, I felt noticeably lighter, less bloated, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to detox, de-stress, or just give their body a little reset.

My partner Andrew and I had a full body massage from Victor on a Sunday morning, which is always accompanied with treatments on blocked muscles impacting attached joints. He is using hot stones, cupping and special movement techniques to loosen the painful areas. We are both working in physically challenging jobs and having Victor's treatments regularly to maintain our health and mobility.
The massage oil is made from aloe vera and green tee, and smells lovely like in a spa. It is treating my dry skin well, so I don't go for a shower straight afterwards.
We also had a tasty herbal tee made from loose dried leaves 🍃 to support the detoxification and digestion. Happy Sunday! 🤗

I came to Victor with a pain in my upper arm. His approach to treatment is very multidisciplinary and holistic at the same time. Using various methods, including osteopathy, deep tissue massage, hot stones and cupping -all in one session!- he made my arm feel much better. I noticed an improved mobility and pain reduction after just one session. Highly recommended.
